How is this different from a consulting hourly?
Fixed price, fixed timeline, tied to a measurable target. If we do not hit 50% conversion lift in two weeks you do not owe the $4K balance. An hourly has no ceiling and no accountability.
Do you need access to our VICIdial server?
Read-only access to the admin UI and a recording export is enough to start. We will request SSH only if a specific change needs it, and only under your change-control process.
What happens if we already have a dialer vendor?
Most rooms we audit are already on VICIdial or a VICIdial-derivative. We do not rip anything out. We tune what is already running and leave you with a runbook so your team can keep it there.
Can you guarantee the 50% lift?
We guarantee the fee structure: $1K to start, $4K only on measured lift against your baseline. If the baseline is already optimal (it rarely is), we will tell you on the audit call before you spend the $1K.
What does the $1,500/mo continuity cover?
Weekly tuning review, list-hygiene checks, caller-ID monitoring, and on-call for campaign changes. Cancel anytime. Most operators take it for the first quarter and then step down.
