ViciStack Research (vicidial-hosting-costs.com) is a research publication. This privacy policy describes what we collect when you visit this site, how we use it, and how to contact us about it.

What we collect: at the time of this writing, we collect nothing beyond the standard information every HTTP server records — IP address, user-agent string, request timestamp, and requested URL — which is retained in server logs for 30 days for abuse prevention and then discarded. We do not set first-party cookies. We do not embed third-party analytics trackers, social-share beacons, advertising pixels, or chat widgets. If that changes in the future, this page will be updated with the specifics, including the name of the service, the data it sees, and the retention window.

What we do not do: we do not sell or share personal data, because we do not collect personal data. We do not run display advertising. We do not use affiliate tracking networks. We do not operate a newsletter from this domain, so we do not maintain an email list tied to this site. If you contact jason@ccdocs.com with a question or correction, your email and its contents are handled under the main ViciStack Research email retention policy (24 months) and are not merged into any marketing system.

Third-party links: articles on this site link out to regulatory filings, vendor documentation, public benchmark sources, and to vicistack.com (the consulting practice that funds this research). Those third-party sites have their own privacy policies, which we do not control. In particular, if you click through to vicistack.com and fill in a lead form, vicistack.com's privacy policy applies to that interaction.

Your rights: because we do not maintain a database of site visitors, there is typically nothing for us to delete on request. If you have corresponded with jason@ccdocs.com and would like that correspondence removed from our archive, email the same address with "delete my email" in the subject and we will confirm within two business days.
